The first patch for the expansion to Empire at War, Forces of Corruption, has just been released. Some of the changes made in the patch include:
  • Fixed an intermittent crash when trying to neutralize ship-only or vehicle-only heroes using the Neutralize Hero ability.
  • The Repulsorlift Jammer no longer affects allies.
  • IG-88's Hack Death Star ability cost increased from 38000 to 50000.
  • Cost to assassinate Darth Vader changed to 15000 credits.
  • A-wing Lure Ability now affects StarVipers and Skiprays.

Reviews for Forces of Corruption have been flooding in over the past day, and have so far been fantastic.

With Forces of Corruption shipped, the folks over a Petroglyph have released a video interview with the Producer and Lead Designer, talking about how the project process has been and all the many features you should be excited about in this epic expansion. Today, the highly anticipated expansion to Star Wars: Empire at War, Forces of Corruption, has shipped to retail stores.

In the expansion, players now have a whole new way to take over the galaxy- corrupt it. Playing as a whole new faction, the Zann Consortium, players are given the ability to pirate, kidnap, and bribe their way to the top of the galaxy.
